As Business Operations Manager, I led our cross-functional revenue task force, managed strategic partnerships with mediation companies, and executed our creatives program.

I oversaw our Operation, Technical, Localization, and Customer Service teams, while co-developing the operation plan for a Triple-A MMO title, and led Business Development efforts to publish international games on our platform.
